This website is operated by Eastham & District Welfare Trust, a charitable trust registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales under number 220017 and governed by its Scheme of 17 January 1984 (as amended in 1976, 1998 and 2018). Our registered office is Hockerills, Eastham, Tenbury Wells, WR15 8NW.

Grants from the Trust are made at the discretion of the relevant trustee-led panel. Receipt of a grant does not entitle the recipient to any further grant. The Trust may at any time amend, suspend or close any of its grant programmes; we will provide reasonable notice on this website where we do so.
All casework conversations are confidential and held in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share casework records with any third party without your written consent (except where required by law, such as a duty to safeguard a child or a vulnerable adult).
Volunteers are not employees of the Trust. Volunteer placements may be ended by either party at any time, for any reason. Volunteers are covered by the Trust's public liability and employers' liability insurance during their volunteer duties.
The content of this website (including text, images, downloadable resources, the Trust's logo and the typography of its publications) is the copyright of Eastham & District Welfare Trust, unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to reproduce small extracts of text for non-commercial purposes, with attribution, provided the meaning is not distorted.
The phrase "Hockerills," used as our registered address, is reserved to the Trust by long use; we ask that it not be applied to any other organisation operating in the parish.
