    For an emergency Small Grants Fund grant outside office hours, please ring the office and leave a message — calls are monitored on Saturday mornings and a trustee will return your call. For domestic violence, ring 999 or the Refuge 24-hour line on 0808 2000 247.

The Trust meets at Hockerills in the parish of Eastham, a short drive from Tenbury Wells. Trustees gather here for monthly business and to receive callers by appointment. Step-free access is available with prior notice — please ring ahead.

Getting here

  • By car: Eastham is on the lanes between Tenbury Wells and Clows Top, off the A456. Limited verge parking near Hockerills.
  • By bus: infrequent rural service to Tenbury Wells; please check Worcestershire County Council timetables before travelling.
  • By rail: nearest station is Ludlow (about 12 miles); from there a taxi or pre-arranged lift is recommended.
  • By appointment: please ring before visiting — the office is staffed by trustees on a rota and is not open daily.
  • By bike: two bike-racks at the stable-yard gate.
  • Accessibility: step-free access throughout the ground floor (the Practical Recovery Aid programme, casework rooms, accessible toilet). Upper floor is accessed by stairs only; we will gladly move any meeting downstairs on request.
